Postdoctoral Position in Neuroscience is open to study cellular and molecular mechanisms of synaptic plasticity at the University of Maryland, College Park. The laboratory focuses on regulation of synaptic AMPA receptors by experience-dependent synaptic plasticity using visual cortex as a model system. Highly motivated individuals holding a Ph.D. and a strong background in cellular and molecular neuroscience are encouraged to apply. Special considerations are given to applicants with training in whole-cell electrophysiology in brain slices.
